We pulled every dispensary Google lists across Maine, kept the 207 that are open and licensed, and ranked them on a rating weighted by how many people actually left one. Top of the list is East Coast Cannabis at 4.9 stars.
Star averages on their own reward shops nobody has been to. A 4.9 from 340 people is a weaker claim than a 4.8 from 7,000, so every rating here is pulled toward the Maine average in proportion to how few reviews sit behind it.

Because a star average hides how many people stood behind it. Every shop's rating is shrunk toward the Maine mean in proportion to its review count, so a shop needs both a high score and real volume to reach the top. The weighted figure is printed on every entry next to the raw one.
Google Maps, pulled fresh and filtered to shops that are open, licensed and listed under a cannabis category. Anything permanently or temporarily closed is dropped, as is anything that turned up in the search but sits outside Maine.
Because we have not read them yet. Menu data lives behind each shop's ordering platform and licence numbers live on the state register, and neither is published here until it has been pulled from the source rather than guessed.
